FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are your clothes made?

Every Loomfolk piece is ethically made in India using small-batch artisan fabrics. We work with skilled weavers and local makers to create clothing that celebrates craftsmanship and is made to be worn for years.

Will the fabric shrink?

Because our garments are made from natural fibers, a small amount of shrinkage is normal if washed in hot water. We recommend washing in cold water and hanging or laying flat to dry whenever possible.

How should I care for my Loomfolk pieces?

To help your garments last for years:

  • Use a mild detergent
  • Wash cold on a gentle cycle
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Dry in shade
  • Iron at low heat if needed
  • Do not bleach

Natural fabrics become softer with wear and washing.

How do your clothes fit?

Our pieces are designed for comfortable, everyday wear with an easy, relaxed fit. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes or need help choosing, we’d love to help.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes.

Many of our fabrics are woven in small batches, so certain colors or patterns may never return. If a favorite sells out, we’ll always do our best to create something equally beautiful.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re open to international orders! Feel free to reach out if you are looking to place an order from outside the United States.

Can I return my order?

Yes.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn items in their original condition. Items marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for return or exchange. Please visit our Return Policy for full details.
